How I practice self-love:
Going to therapy and continuing my healing.
Reading, learning and educating myself.
Remaining open minded which leads to constant growth and change.
Psychical activities such as my yoga practice, rock climbing and working out. Not compromising my worth.
Doing things that challenge my mind and body such as my Wim Hof practice. Knowing when to stand up for myself and also when silence is best.
Bubble baths.
Not taking things personally. (Diligently working on this one.)
Saying no.
Being comfortable and confident, especially enough to share my journey.
These are all some of the ways I’m working toward being able to look myself in the mirror and say “I love you and you are enough”.
